Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://factorywrecker.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Factory Wrecker reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Towing Company, Roadside Assistance, Car Battery Replacement, Flatbed Towing, Car Towing, Motorcycle Towing, Rv Towing, Auto Locksmith provided by Factory Wrecker. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Factory Wrecker (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Factory Wrecker may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Factory Wrecker makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Factory Wrecker arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Factory Wrecker from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
